There is a solution to poverty!
SpreadPeace.org is launching a Circles chapter in Clark County March 15, 2024. The Circles USA model gathers middle-income and high-income volunteers to support families in poverty. Surrounded by people who have landed jobs, negotiated a lease, or managed credit card debt, for example, people experiencing poverty are more equipped to achieve long-term financial stability.
Circle participants achieve a 39% increase in income after six months and a 78% increase in income after 18 months. Participants continue to increase their income–even after the 18-month period.
Lots of volunteers needed.

This is Portland, Oregon. It's few blocks from the bridge downtown where all the homeless people hang out. We were out handing out foodShe really touched us and many of the volunteers. We did get her place to stay but it was only for a few days .
